By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing.
2. Products
We do our best to display colors and materials accurately. Screens vary, and bouclé upholstery has natural variation in texture — slight differences from the photographs are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include free shipping. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious error.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, with a full refund.
5. Returns & warranty
Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy: 30-day returns and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. The Vanora is intended for normal domestic use; please don't stand on it or load the mirror lid beyond its purpose.
7. Intellectual property
