30-day returns

Try the Vanora in your space. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email hello@vanorahome.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping entirely — or simply send a replacement, your choice.

For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We'll give you the most affordable option we can.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, and in resalable condition. Normal handling from trying the piece in your room is expected and fine.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse we inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Warranty

Every Vanora is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — hinges, frame and upholstery included. Email us with a photo and we'll take care of it.
